Blumaka NonSlip Performance Insoles
The short answer

Of the five brands here, Blumaka is the only one with independent durability testing published that we could find: our insoles kept 87% of their cushioning after 1,389 miles in testing by Heeluxe, an independent lab, and they come with a 1,000-mile cushioning guarantee. That makes Blumaka the lowest cost per mile, at 5 to 6.5 cents. Superfeet works out to 9 to 12 cents and Currex to 10 to 15 cents by their own numbers.

Why testing matters

Every brand can say its insoles last. The question is whether anyone measured it, and what you pay for each mile.

We sent ours to Heeluxe, an independent footwear testing lab. After 1,389 miles, they still had 87% of their cushioning. That's why we can guarantee 1,000 miles.

We also put athletes through independent biomechanical performance testing. 90% ran faster, 80% stopped faster and 80% increased lower-body stability. The results are on our data page.
