Blumaka’s insoles come in three arch support options:

• Contoured Arch: For low or "normal" arches, promoting a natural gait and biomechanics.
• Medium Arch: For average arch heights, balancing support and comfort, aiding with pain relief and plantar fasciitis.
• High Arch: For high arches, offering additional support and cushioning to reduce strain and prevent or relieve plantar fasciitis.

Be aware that there are two types of flatfoot: "Flexible flatfoot" are arches that are normal when they are sitting or on their tiptoes, but collapse when they stand. With "rigid flatfoot", the arch of the foot remains flattened despite the foot's position. A flexible flatfoot usually requires a high arch support, whereas a rigid flatfoot requires a medium arch support. All of Blumaka’s insoles provide options for high, medium, and low arch support.

The best insole for your sport or shoe depends on the type of activity and the footwear you use. Low-profile insoles are designed for sports and shoes where space is limited, providing stability, support, and comfort without adding bulk. Sports that typically use low-profile insoles include:

• Soccer

• Rugby

If your sport uses shoes with more room, a max-cushion insole might be a better fit. Max cushion provides additional comfort and shock absorption. Sports that typically select our max-cushion insoles include:

• Basketball
• Tennis
• Football
• Pickleball

• Baseball

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders in the United States.

By default, all orders will ship USPS. Expedited shipping is also available. However, we'd like for you consider using USPS. USPS is required to visit every household in the United States six days a week. So since they're already going to your house, we'd like them to drop off your insoles at the same time. UPS and FedEx are luxury choices as they make a special trip to your house. Any package shipped by those carriers adds to the carbon footprint and therefore, additional charges will apply.

Remove your current insole and replace with Blumaka insoles. Loosen the laces of your shoes and widen the opening as the insole may grab your sock when sliding in your foot. Before lacing up, make sure your socks lay flat and aren’t bunched. Dirt may reduce the tackiness of your insoles. To clean, pull out Blumaka insoles and rinse with warm, soapy water. Shake off excess water and let the air dry.
